- Site>New Site
- Name Site. pick Location
- next, File>New
- Select Html
- type in name of html doc
- save as html doc and give it a name inside the site folder
- go to CSS designer
- add source
- add selector
- Save as CSS file and give it a name with a ".css" or "_css". either one works fine as long as this is in the file name
